How does the booking process work?
You book your appointment right here on this page — no deposit required. Before your session, you'll receive a health intake and liability waiver to complete. On the day of your appointment, Rosario will do a personalized consultation before getting started. Payment is collected at the studio.
How long does the procedure take, and when will I see the final result?
The main session takes between 2 and 3 hours. The healing process takes at least 4 weeks, especially for mature clients or those with conditions like diabetes. Your touch-up at 4–8 weeks is when you'll see the final result and any adjustments can be made.
How long does permanent makeup last?
Brow permanent makeup typically lasts between 12 and 18 months, depending on your skin type, sun exposure, and how well you follow post-care instructions. Around the one-year mark, you'll receive an automatic reminder to schedule your maintenance touch-up.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
OHM Skincare & PMU Studio is located at 700 Lake St, Suite 700H, Ramsey, NJ 07446. We're open Monday–Tuesday 11am–4pm, Wednesday–Thursday 11am–5pm, Friday 11am–2pm, and Saturday 11am–6pm. Closed Sundays. Clients travel up to 15 miles to visit us.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you come back within 8 weeks of your second session and need an adjustment, we'll take care of it at no extra charge. Honesty is our policy — if during your consultation we feel the service isn't the right fit for you, we'll tell you.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. The $700 total is broken down as follows: $100 deposit at booking (applied to your total), $230 due on the day of your session, and $230 due at your 4–8 week touch-up. No extra fees, no interest.
